Thanks to Luca D’Attoma’s (he’s a prize-winning oenologist) and his staff’s attainments, the Casa Gialla promotes events dedicated to those whom are passionately fond of wine and qualified cooking: guided tasting of the better world-famous wines, meetings with wine-growers, debates with critics and experts in oenology, dinners cooked by skilled chefs. The staff of Casa Gialla is at guests’ disposal, also to determine the most suitable and charming setting which is created for you: tasting combining food/wine, private parties, conferences, business presentations. Casa Gialla cooperates with the most important associations of the oenologist and food field (AIS, AISO, Federazione Italiana Cuochi – Italian Cooks Federation) and organizes several courses: amateur cooking courses divided in sessions (bread, pastry-making, typical Tuscan dishes); sommelier courses using the sensorial method AIS; oil sommelier courses (see the calendar).
