The ancient country villa is member of the Associazione Ville Lucchesi - AVL (Lucca’s Villas Association). Recently it has been modern restored by the architect Claudio Nardi from Florence. The villa is situated in the village of San Martino in Colle, near Montecarlo, in an enchanting position: from here you enjoy a charming view across all Lucca’s hills. The ground floor is the seat of the oenologist Mr Luca D’Attoma’s advice society, called Wine Evolution Consulting srl, and is also used for events (see the events calendar). The central room, with its fireplace  in fine style, is connected with an other spacious and bright, el-shaped room. The minimalist, very elegant and sober style characterises the 150 persons-capacious room. A good equipped kitchen is adjacent to these rooms. The glass doors of the stairs lead direct into the wide English garden; climbing roses, camellias and wisterias delimit it and a secular cedar of Lebanon stands out: the charming view and the tranquillity you enjoy from here are unique. A small private chapel is attached to the Casa Gialla, near the foot-path which is the villa’s entry; the chapel is still dedicated and you can use it for intimate religious services.
